Delete your data
Last updated 22 September 2026
Email hello@pageify.ai with the subject “Pageify data deletion request”. Include your public Pageify URL or draft ID, the social profile involved, and what you want removed.
Do not email passwords, social access tokens or your private edit-link secret. We may ask you to demonstrate control of the relevant page or account so we do not remove someone else’s information.
What the request covers
You can request removal of your Pageify page, saved draft, uploaded or imported images, and related profile information. We will explain any information we must keep for a legal reason, and any limits affecting backup copies or records held by service providers.
Unpublishing in the editor hides your public page immediately but keeps the private draft. A deletion request is a separate action. Removing Pageify data does not delete your Instagram or TikTok account or remove copies held independently by search engines or other people.
Social connections
If you authorised a TikTok connection, you can also remove Pageify from the apps authorised in TikTok’s settings. Disconnecting stops that access; it is separate from asking Pageify to remove information already stored.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your request, confirm any identity information needed, and respond within the period required by applicable data protection law. If we need an extension that the law permits, we will explain the reason. See our privacy notice for more about your rights.
