Using Pageify
Last updated 26 September 2026
These terms describe the early-access Pageify service operated by MAKE MY AI LTD. Questions can be sent to hello@pageify.ai.
What Pageify does
Pageify helps you create and edit a simple business page with information about you, your services, prices and links. Where an import is available, we use social profile information and AI to prepare a draft. You review it before publishing. Pageify is not a booking provider, payment processor or party to the services offered on your page.
Your profile and content
Use Pageify for a business or profile you own or are authorised to manage. You must have the rights and permissions needed to import, upload and publish the content you provide, including photographs and information about other people. Do not impersonate someone else, publish misleading claims or use Pageify for unlawful activity, harassment, spam or infringement.
You retain your rights in your content. You give us permission to process, store, format and display it, and to use our service providers for those tasks, as needed to provide Pageify and carry out your instructions. Publishing allows visitors to view the page. It does not transfer ownership of your content to Pageify.
Check the generated draft
AI suggestions and imported information can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Check your services, prices, descriptions, contact details and links before publishing. You can edit or remove suggested services in the editor. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for fulfilling the services you offer.
Reporting impersonation or misuse
If a page impersonates you, misuses your content or is otherwise harmful, report it to Pageify. We review reports and may restrict publication while checking the relevant information. A report does not automatically transfer a page, its account access or private enquiries to the reporter.
Editing and ownership
Keep your private edit link and email account secure. Anyone with a private edit link can manage that draft, including after it is saved to an account. Where email sign-in is available, you can save a page you manage to your verified account and return through My pages. A page can belong to one account; ownership transfers are not available in the editor. Importing a profile, signing in or paying does not verify that you represent that business. You remain responsible for having permission to use and publish its content. We may request ownership evidence when investigating a report or resolving an account or address dispute. Public TikTok imports do not require a TikTok login and do not verify ownership. Use only profiles and content you own or have permission to manage. Our separate developer sandbox requires an owner-authorised connection.
A public Pageify address is allocated when you first publish and is subject to availability and review for misuse. An available numbered variation may be assigned if the address is taken. A matching social username does not guarantee an exclusive Pageify address across different platforms.
Availability and early access
Pageify is in early access. Import limits apply, and social platforms or providers can change or interrupt access. We may change features, pause imports, or suspend a page where reasonably needed to protect the service, investigate misuse or comply with law. We will provide notice where practical and appropriate.
Annual subscriptions
You can prepare a private preview before subscribing. Standard is an annual subscription for one business page, including a Pageify address, 35 standard designs, colour choices and editing. Premium is an annual subscription for one page and includes all 70 current designs, including 25 animated and 10 Photo focus designs, tailored enquiry forms and supported in-page booking. Current prices are listed in our pricing section and at checkout. Prices are fixed in each currency. Select GBP, USD or EUR at checkout; the currency and annual amount are shown before you confirm.
Subscriptions are paid annually in advance and renew automatically each year until cancelled. Save the page to your verified account before subscribing. Stripe processes payments and provides subscription management. Publication becomes available after payment is confirmed, provided the page is not under a support review. Payment does not publish the page automatically; you choose when to publish in the editor.
You can cancel renewal at any time through Manage subscription in your editor. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. You retain access until then. If a renewal remains unpaid, publication and Premium visitor features pause when the paid period ends. Your saved draft remains available in your account. Updating payment and restoring a valid subscription can restore access. Unpublishing a page does not cancel its subscription.
Standard subscribers can upgrade to Premium in the original currency. Stripe shows the prorated difference for the remaining year before confirmation. The renewal date stays the same, and subsequent renewals are at the full Premium annual price. Premium access starts after the upgrade payment is confirmed.
Existing one-time purchases keep their original terms and are not converted into subscriptions. Existing Standard purchases retain their original upgrade option and agreed upgrade price for that page, shown at checkout. An upgrade to an existing one-time purchase depends on the underlying purchase remaining valid. New pages require their own annual subscriptions. Plans do not cover other pages, custom domains, separately sold future collections or unlimited new AI imports.
For cancellation help, refunds or payment problems, email hello@pageify.ai with your account email and page details. We do not ask you to waive statutory cancellation or refund rights. Refunded or disputed payments may pause publication while we resolve the issue. Cancelling renewal or unpublishing does not itself request a refund. The service requires a supported web browser and internet access.
Enquiry forms and booking
Premium includes up to 200 enquiries per page per calendar month, resetting on the first day of the month at 00:00 UTC. Enquiries are kept in your private Pageify inbox for 90 days. Archiving an enquiry does not extend retention or restore the allowance. When the allowance is reached, the form pauses until the next month; visitors are directed to use another contact link. Keep another way to contact you on your page.
Notifications are sent to your verified Pageify account email. Email delivery can be delayed or fail, so check your inbox in Pageify. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking, and visitor details are self-reported. You are responsible for responding, checking availability, and using visitor information only as permitted for the enquiry. Ask only for information needed to respond, avoid sensitive details, and do not add visitors to marketing lists without an appropriate basis. Contact us if an enquiry needs to be removed before its expiry.
In-page booking requires your own account with a supported provider: Calendly, Booksy, Vagaro, Acuity, Setmore, Timely or Treatwell. Calendly uses an event link; Acuity, Setmore and Timely use a public scheduling link or official iframe code. Treatwell uses its UK website widget link or iframe code, not a marketplace profile. Booksy and Vagaro use their official website widget code and a direct booking link. You control availability, services and booking communications through your provider. Any provider plan or transaction fees are separate from your Pageify purchase. Pageify opens the widget on request and does not guarantee third-party availability. Some browsers or provider steps may require visitors to continue on the provider’s site.
Removing a page or data
Previews that have never been saved to an account or published may expire after 30 days without an edit. Save your preview to My pages to keep it. Pages associated with a purchase or other payment record are excluded from this automatic preview expiry.
You can unpublish a page in the editor. Unpublishing keeps the private draft. For removal of stored information, follow our data deletion instructions. The privacy notice explains how we use information.
Responsibility and your legal rights
We are responsible for providing Pageify with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee a particular number of visits, enquiries or sales, or continuous access to a third-party social platform. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or takes away mandatory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. We will try to resolve concerns with you through hello@pageify.ai before a dispute needs to go further.
